Where do I start?
Entrusting your wedding planning to a coordinator should equal peace of mind; you will have already made the decision that Greece is the country for you and are now looking to find a suitable venue for the service and reception! We will happily provide you with many alternatives based on the criteria that you provide! In brief, we will need you to set the date, choose the venues, choose the food and drink and other details to complete the wedding, you will then need to get yourself to Greece, work on your suntan, relax and enjoy your time in Greece!
What can you offer me?
The answer to this is almost anything that you may need, from all the wedding planning details that you might be able to think of, to travel and accommodation handling and local services such as planning days out, activities and tours.
What information do I need to provide?
When emailing or calling us for the first time there are several important items that we will need to know in order to get started, firstly the wedding date or at least an estimate on the week or month. Next we will need to know where in Greece you are planning to hold the wedding, if this decision hasn't been made then we will need an idea on the setting that you are looking for (a short description is fine) so that we can begin to compile a presentation of venues for you. We will also need to know the type of ceremony you would like to have. Finally we will need to know an estimate of your budget so that we can provide suitable suggestions on the reception venue and the planning services that we can offer you within your given budget!
What can you do for me that no other planner can?
So, where is SP Weddings strength? It lies in the attention to detail and ability to design the wedding on an International level, we do not settle for what is the norm in Greece, we push our suppliers to go above and beyond using interesting designs and new materials! Our main wedding coordinator, Sara Pavlatou, travels with her team of assistants to your chosen wedding location in person at all times in order to ensure that the level of service provided is consistent throughout the country!
How much is it going to cost me?
The most important question is of course the cost of the wedding coordination services provided by SP Weddings, these range from 250 EUROS for venue sourcing to 10.000 EUROS for a 3 day weekend event for a large wedding with full wedding coordination.
